The Programme
The Ambassadorship programme was established in 2021 by one of our student employees. It was designed to bridge the gap between the company and the student community. Ambassadors are the friendly face of Washstation on campus — helping peers, collecting feedback, and representing the brand they use every day.

What We Expect
Your Responsibilities
Complete the Online Training
Work through our short online training programme before you start your ambassadorship.
Help Your Peers
Be on hand to help fellow students with any laundry questions or issues when you can.
Keep in Touch
Stay in regular contact with the Washstation team and respond to communications promptly.
Collect Feedback
Gather feedback from students using the laundry facilities and share it with the team.
